Regular Clean Includes:

Kitchen
Dusting of pictures, decor, and major surfaces
Cleaning of kitchen counters
Appliances wiped
Microwave oven cleaned
Stovetop and front of stove wiped
Sink cleaned
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

Bathrooms
Dusting of pictures, decor, and major surfaces
Mirrors cleaned
Sinks cleaned
Showers and bathtubs cleaned
Toilets cleaned
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

Living room, dinning room, study and bedrooms
General straightening up
Dusting of pictures, decor, and major surfaces
Mirrors cleaned
Beds made
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

Deep Clean includes:

New customers (Requires additional time)
Consists of everything included in a regular clean plus:
Cobwebs removed
Window sills wiped
Skirting boards dusted
Tops of door frames dusted
Front of kitchen cabinets spot cleaned
Sides of range hood cleaned
Sofas brushed/vacuumed
Vacuum under/behind small movable furniture.

Regular deep cleaning 
After new clients initial clean deep cleaning is rotated around rooms dependent on available time.
